Let it not be said that I am unwilling to sacrifice myself for the sake of art. While laying flat on my belly taking this shot, I realized I'd forgotten to put bug spray on my face. Naturally, the realization struck at the precise moment a bird-sized mosquito attacked me squarely in the middle of my forehead, leaving an egg-shaped welt in her wake.
